Subscribers receiving Dungeon 111?

I kinda got miffed when they stopped sending my Dragon mags to me when I had three left on my 'scription. Never renewed my Dungeon, didn't see the point the Poly was not really worth it and as others have said the adventures were going down hill quick.

Oh well, that is life

This is life

They are all life....

An update from Paizo Customer Service:

To Dungeon Subscriber,

I was just informed that there was a delay in shipping out issue 111. I apologize for misinforming you earlier, I just found out myself. We will be posting an announcement regarding this problem in the near future. As a result, subscriber copies will probably not arrive for another 10-12 days.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Well, this is good to know. FTR, my experience with Paizo customer serice has been wholly positive, and I generally enjoy every issue of Dragon and Dungeon. I generally purchase subscriptions in three-year blocks, 'cause they don't offer anything bigger. :)

Agreed. They're often polite and responsive, even if they're telling you stuff you may not want to hear. Customer Service is a crappy job to begin with, let alone with 1,000 angry gamers jumping on you. :)

I have yet to receive mine as well. I am in sunny El Paso, Texas, USA. So, it is not just an overseas thing, either. A little disappointed that it is not hear yet, but that feeling of anticipation.....mmmm..anticipation :).

ditto. actually, their customer service is too good. ;)

last month as i posted i was 28 days late in receiving my subscription. soooo...

after being 21 days late...i called and emailed them. they never answer the phone so you have to leave a voice mail. but they do call back.
anyway, i talked with one guy. and he said he would send me a copy. and then two hours later i got an email from another guy saying the same thing. so i was puzzled if they had spoken to each other...

well i got one copy 2 days later. and 4 days after that i got another copy. and then the next day. i got my subscription. :o

Count me in on this lateness. In my experience, late issues is the norm with Paizo. While I continue to find great value in Dungeon, Paizo's fulfillment house is inadequate. Part of the reason for subscribing to a periodical is to obtain the latest issue prior to its over-the-counter release. (This is in addition to the reduced per issue cost of a subscription).

No, I think it is an overseas thing when I don't even have 110 yet and you guys are complaining about not having 111.

Just be glad you don't live in Europe. From what I understand, when Paizo bought Dragon and Dungeon, some EU privacy law kept them from being able to get the subscribers' addresses. They just had to cancel on everybody in Europe. I guess they resubscribed or something.

Me, on the other hand, I got my first look at 111 today! They had half a dozen copies at Waldenbooks and at Borders. I just want ONE in my mailbox. :(
