suggestions for an orc wedding?

This thread has got to be the most amusing and inspiring one I've ever read.

I can't add much more than what's already been said, but I am quite impressed with the imaginations of y'all!! :)

As soon as the two participants are wedded, they have to consummate the marriage immediatly. Under the watchful eye of the Tribal Shaman, to make sure it actually happened.

Make sure to have a lot of roasted meat. Have the cook make comments in earshot of party members about how you should serve Elf at a wedding, but it's so hard to get these days...

Good idea. Just be sure to stay away from whole roast pig or boar. You wouldn't want to offend any of the bride's family, after all. :p

Note: eye singular!

1. The union isn't considered lucky unless someone present at the wedding dies. Preferably a nobody NPC.

This would argue for group weddings, so you could expect someone to die every wedding, yet the population to expand anyway. Group weddings on auspicious holy days, could be quite a lot of couples waiting to 'legitimize' their relationship. Possibly a lot of frustration builds up in the weeks before these events... which just makes the games that much more bloodthirsty, at least until someone dies.

And to provide appropriate amounts of healing so that both participants survive :)

It doesn't have to be someone in the wedding party. Just some guest or servant.
