D&D (2024) Summary for the uninitiated?

Once per day is already always a weird thing for any ability.
But for race traits it really doesn't work.

For most of the spells I’m fine with it, since it also comes with the clause that you can use spells slots to cast it more. But speaking to birds, badgers, and squirrels is not that big an ability.

It’s also fine to have some races get one set of features and another race get a very different structure of features.

It'll be like when Batman was sent into the future. A lot of things may have changed but as long as criminals are a superstitious and cowardly lot, Batman can still get his mark.
