Summon Monster expanded lists

Any sources on monsters that can be used with summon monster spells beyond the ones listed in the PH/srd?

Green ronin has a web enhancement for Book of Fiends with an expanded list, do any other monster books have something similar or any other similar web enhancements?

Not on the web, but Green Ronin's Avater's Handbook and S&SS's Creature Collection II have list expansions for their creatures.

Looking over some of my books last night I noticed Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary has a list as one of its multiple appendices charts.

MM3, at least. Though usually it says something like "You can summon this creature with a summon monster IV spell, if you switch out one of the creatures already on the list."
