Hard row to hoe.
I would love to see a head to head thread discussing 13th Age vs. Shadow of the ____ vs. other not-D&D fantasy RPGs, personally. A lot of those other games sound really good, but outside of Daggerheart and Draw Steel, I'm unclear why one would choose those games versus the alternatives.
I would love a thread explaining what each of those has to offer versus main line D&D or Pathfinder or Draw Steel or Daggerheart. They sound good, for sure, but I don't know what the big hook of why them versus the others.Notably, 13th Age is the only D&D-adjacent I've run in a decade, and one of the only two others I'd consider was Shadow of the Weird Wizard (its a little less dark than its predecessor).

With Draw Steel or Pathfinder or even Daggerheart, those hooks are pretty well known to me, but I can't articulate them for 13th Age and Shadow, although I'm sure they have similar clear hooks.
This is me! I went with GURPS and Mutants and Masterminds, as the range of games I could run, and discuss, is pretty vast.I just realized I had to resist picking "Generic/Universal Systems Numbers One, Two and Three."

I then went with 3.5e/Pathfinder. Three months ago I wouldn't have even given the system a second thought, but now I am super into running a Pathfinder E6 game.
But I seriously considered Cortex as a third game.
Is Nimble even out? I thought it was still KSing.Does Nimble deserve a place on this poll?
Not saying it should go up there, but it's interesting how DC20 seems to be completely forgotten...
