Were there ever any articles on Sune or Sharess in any of the Dragon magazine?

Not really, no. Sharess was never the subject of a Dragon article. Sune was covered in a "Down-to-earth Divinity" article in issue #54, but that was before the Forgotten Realms were formally published as a setting.
You'll need to look elsewhere for information on the sex goddesses of Faerun. Sorry.
