I missed the super bowl and so I missed the commercials that go with it. Did you watch it and do any commercials stand out in your memory?

Memorable commercials?

"King Crab" Bud

That Kevin Federline commercial but I don't know who sponsored it (memorable but in a bad way).

All in all, not as great. I think the advertisers are losing their creative juice (except for Budweiser's). Probably has to do with their production budget (about 80% goes to paying for the commercial timeslot).

I liked the one for Blockbuster online, with the rabbit (? or something) clicking the mouse and dragging it around.

Yeah, the rabbit using the real mouse to get online was my favorite..although rock, paper, scissors (w/ a guy throwing a rock at another guy and taking the beer) was pretty good too.

The Kevin commercial was for Nationwide insurance. Updated version of the MC Hammer commercial a few years back.

I agree with trancejeremy, the two rabbits and the mouse for Blockbuster was the best in a really mediocre sea of commercials.

Actually... That isn't an "Anti-GTA video game" themed commercial. That commercial has been out for I'd say at least 6 months, if not longer, maybe even a year. They always play it at the movie theater I go to. It's definately not new.

Naw, but it is fun.

(Grumpy starts singing "You'll Be Remembered For The Things You Say And Do," realizes he will be remembered for the things he has said and done, gets very depressed and grumpy.)

I saw the one with the lions later. It was cute.
