It doesn't affect anything, and has been changed now anyway.

Just a quick update, guys - I've done quite a few of these, but there's still a load left. Hectic day at university today, so I'm not going to get chance to process any today, but I have a whole day off tomorrow, so I'll set some time aside to make sure I catch up on them all.

OK, update time -- I'm working through them. About half of them, though, have no username in the notes field. I can try searching the boards by email address, or some I recognise the names, but that's gonna take quite a bit longer!

When I'm done, there will probably be some left over - the ones with no username and whose payPal email didn't match the email address associated with the boards. At that point, I'll email those specific people and ask them to clarify the username.

However - please don't follow up with questions or additional info yet, because that will just make life really confusing, and I'm sure I'll screw up somewhere. So please wait for my request for clarification (if you don't get such a request, then in theory there's no problem, so you won't hear from me).

I hope to get through all the ones with usernames today, and sort all the ones without into a separate folder so I can start going through those, but I don't think i'll be able to do all that today.

Right. If you included your username in the payment, you should be good to go. You can tell it's working by looking to see if there's a search option in the navbar above the forums, or if you have access to the PM option. You can change your custom title via your account page.

I was a supporter already, but when I went to check the end-date under 'Paid Subscriptions' mine re-up had been processed I got the following error:

Yes, the subscription system is down - that's why I'm doing it manually instead. It should be working on EN World II. I just checked your account, and you're correctly set up.

Sorry, I'm one of those. Don't give it to Insert Username Here. I don't really use that account here. (You're welcome to merge it with this one, if you want, though I don't know that it's worth the effort.)
