Wow, that's a tricky one, especially as I don't know exactly what's included in the (Pathfinder) corebook. It's a honkin' great book; this much I know. 
But anyway, you can't go wrong with your first two there, Betote. I'll second Hot Pursuit* (and its little brother), but that depends on what's in the core, like I said. And what might be conspicuously absent, of course.
Ultimate Toolbox, though freakishly awesome, lacks 'crunch' in the usual sense, so cannot be recommended here.
I'd also be tempted with something like the Advanced Bestiary and/or Deluxe Book of Templates, for they rock mightily, yea, even when toast is not forthcoming.
But I really do need to see the book (well, um, read the book) before knowing for sure.
