Sure Strike and damage

You add any bonus except your ability score bonus that apply to 'Damage Rolls'.

Power spell out the ability score bonus (compare sure strike to cleave or tide of iron), the rest are implicit.

So if an power say's:

1[w] I only roll 1[w] damage and then add feat damage, enhancements and the likes, but no ability modifier.

And lets say an power say's 1[w] + con with an melee weapon, i use con insteadt of str? and then still add all the other bonusses right?

Combat superiority say's to add youre wisdom modifier as an bonus to youre OA attack roll, does this mean Wisdom and Strength, or only Wisdom?

That is correct.

It means you add your Wis Mod in addition to whatever you would normally add. Since OA's are basic attacks, that generally means it's 1[w]+Str (+Wis if you have Combat Superiority, and +feats, ehancements, etc.)

I think there's some confusion here: when you make the attack roll for OA you get to add both your Str and Wis bonus, but I don't think you get a damage bonus from Wis.

In short, whenever your attack deals damage that you roll (for example 1[w] or 2d6) you get to add your item damage bonuses, feat damage bonuses, racial damage bonuses, and bonuses like +1 from versatile weapon used 2-handed, etc. You only get to add your stat bonus if the attack power says so.

If the damage you do is not rolled - a static number or Reaping Strike's miss - you don't get to add any of these bonuses. Only damage bonuses which do not specify "hit" or "damage roll" apply here, and they're pretty rare. Hunter's Quarry and Pit Fighter features are the only ones that I've found.

If it has the Weapon keyword, you get to add the weapon's enhancement bonus, and any relevant effects that apply to your weapon attacks, such as Weapon Focus, or Dwarven Weapon Training.
You only add the ability modifier(s) that the power says to (or if you have some other effect that lets you add an ability score to damage, such as the Potent Challenge feat).
