Ahh, c'mon. You know you only need a one-armed troll lady. The other three are surplus to requirements.

For reals, I love the multi-armed varieties. Their multiattacks make them much more viable in 1v4 fights with the party. I had a blast running a classic "troll under the bridge" scenario with a four-armed version. I know I'm gonna lose this one, but a guy has to try.
