Note that you still have to make a concentration check in a grapple, so the Steady Concentration feat (take 10 on Conc. even if distracted or threatened) from Races of Stone is a nice feat to have.
Steady Concentration is probably not worth it for most Warlocks (two feats for a once per day invocation while grappled is pricey).
Concentration rolls are pretty easy for a Warlock to make (since it is a class skill) and since the Sudden Still feat is once per day, just using up one feat for this is probably sufficient considering that a Warlock has the +3/4 BAB progression and has a fair chance of not getting into a grapple in the first place (using an Attack of Opportunity) and also a fair chance of getting out of a grapple once in one anyway.
