Oh he's not so bad. This was like his 2nd ever GMing attempt, the game was fun until the corridor of carnage.
The other GM, the one that ran that 5 hour long combat, he has plenty of GM experience but he royally screwed up that session. I think I'll save the "Enemy is not scared of the PCs because their boss is scarier even though the PCs are killing them wholesale" thread for another time ;-) Believe me these two sessions have forced me to rethink similar situations occuring in the games I run.
Maybe a new house rule in which the player must say "INSERT CHARACTER NAME says "blah blah blah" when he wants to speak in character?
