D&D 3E/3.5 Swiftblade Question

Can a Swiftblade use a weapon other than a bladed one? i.e., is there a such thing as a Swifthammer? or a Swiftstaff? etc.?

The only weapon requirement a Swiftblade has is they must be proficient with at least one martial weapon. None of their abilities state they have to even be using a weapon for them to work.
