[sblock=downstairs] Faxon smiles a wry smile at his potential play thing. "Ahhhh a kindred spirit indeed. YOU my dear are going to be delicious." At this he gestures and a dark cloud rushes Meliara. Please make a fortitude save (DC 16) or be blinded - http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/b/blindness-deafness [/sblock]

Downstairs [sblock] Fort Save for Blindness (1d20+5=20)

Meliara waves her hand nonchalantly and the vile cloud dissipates. She frowns playfully and purrs, "Now that wasn't very nice Faxon, I thought we were going to be such good friends. Friends don't cast on each other without asking permission. I might have even said yes." As she speaks she walks around the room slowly, carefully positioning herself. "Perhaps this will help you with your deplorable manners." She waves her arms gracefully and lets loose a dainty bead of fire.

OOC: Come on... I just HAD to try it out!!! I am using one of my grand Mythic Powers to cast a Mythic Fireball on Faxon. Since you haven't provided the exact position of Faxon or the layout of the room (well, I have the layout but not specific numbers in squares), and it doesn't matter that much to me at the moment, I'm just going to leave it to you to position it. She would obviously not want to get herself, which is why she moved to make sure, and since she doesn't know what's in the wooden chest, I would attempt to not hit that either. I don't care if I have to hit the altar or a wall to make sure he gets the brunt of the blast.

Mythic Spells - Fireball If he fails the save he catches on fire and takes 2d6 every round until someone puts him out.

Mythic Fireball Damage (6d10=46) Damn, it's hot in here!!!

I believe it's DC 20... 10+3rd level+6 CHA+1 Spell Focus (Evocation)

Also, as a reminder, I have Spell Penetration if applicable. I need to fix up my sheet so I have the DC's all worked out for you guys.

Banaq

[sblock=Upstairs Confrontation]Banaq's two D 15 will saves against the negative channeling (first roll is against the "other" male cultist's channeling, the second against the female cultist's channeling):
DC 15 will saves vs. cultists' negative channeling (1d20+6=24, 1d20+6=26)

Banaq successfully saves versus both attacks and so takes half damage from each, or 4 and 5 hp, total 9 damage from the two attacks.

In response, Banaq immediately uses his Arcane Surge mythic power to cast a spell as a swift action without expending a spell slot, and the spell is Lightning Bolt directed at the female cultist. [Save, Reflex, DC 17] Damage roll: Lightning Bolt (6d6=21). Then for his standard action, Banaq casts another Lightning Bolt at the female cultist and he will use his Mythic Surge power to add 1d6 damage to the spell, making it a 7d6 Lightning Bolt -- Standard Action Lightning Bolt with extra Mythic Juice (7d6=19).

So that's two DC 17 reflex saves from the female cultist or she takes a total of 40 hp damage, and because of Banaq's mythic power, she must roll twice for the first save, against Banaq's Arcane surge Lightning Bolt, and she must take the least favorable roll.

Thorn reels for a moment under the assault of infernal power, taken off-guard as she tried to pay attention downstairs. That has a small reward though, because she hears the dull, muffled THOOM of a detonation down there behind the heavy doors Faxon closed and locked behind him. She knows the sound of one of Meliara's fireballs!

Leaving the battle upstairs to her fellows for now, Thorn hurries downstairs as fast as she can go and prepares her tools. She'd have to work fast if she was going to help!

(OOC - Rolling saves first so I can narrate properly... I'll assume that getting to the door takes both my actions this round. If Thorn can attack and still get there in the same turn, I'll add her attack rolls in another post. Blurg...I may have to switch back to invisible castle...)

Being negative energy, I'm going to say there is no cover. In the description it says it affects all creatures in a 30' radius. Besides, with those rolls, WTF are you complaining about? :)

OOC: So the columns do not count as total cover for purposes of spell effects then?

Will Saves: 1d20+1=6, 1d20+1=16

Randlay snorts and grins toothily as the negative energy washes over him. The crusader steps out from behind the column, offering direct line of sight to the female cultist. "Hey, you tickled me. Well, I tickle too!" With amazing speed he squeezes off four shorts with his crossbow, and whether it is skill, luck, or divine providence, they all bury themselves in their mark: shoulder, chest, stomach, head.

OOC: Attack 1: 1d20+12=23, 1d10+4=12, Attack 2: 1d20+12=31, 1d10+4=12, Attack 3: 1d20+12=26, 1d10+4=14, Attack 4: 1d20+7=26, 1d10+4=6; Critical 2: 1d20+12=20, 1d10+4=10, Critical 4: 1d20+7=23, 1d10+4=14 . That might be a contender for my best series of rolls ever in actual play.

Edit: I included Point Blank in the Attacks, but forgot to in the Damage. Not that I think it will matter, ;) .

Not sure why there are three saves? You were hit with two waves of negative energy (1 from two different cultists) So there should be two saves. I'll use the first two you've listed so you failed the first and made the second so damage taken is: 8 and 5 for 13 points total

Yes, to reach the door will take all your actions.
