Swordmage booming blade "moves away"

Nice try, but the full text is "if it is adjacent to you on the start of it's turn and moves away"
That's exactly right. But since the start of its turn has already occurred, it would be the start of the foe's NEXT turn. Theoretically, you could hit the foe with Booming Blade as an OA, then move adjacent to them and hit them again on your turn, and deal the penalty damage twice if they move away when their turn comes around.

Personally, I think the designers forgot about Heavy Blade Opportunity when they created the power.

Yeah, I see what your getting at Fedifensor, however, I wonder if they stack? Not really sure.
Well, they're separate attacks, so it isn't really stacking. Besides, the only thing that doesn't stack is ongoing damage...and Booming Blade dishes out damage once if the condition is met.

True, they should by the letter of the rule. It'll be quite some time before I get to use it with Heavy Blade Opportunity :)
