Syncing rider and mount...

Is there any way to have rider and mount blinking at the same time?

Could a wizard cast blink on his mount and himself and ride it?

What if the mount had a blinking ability (blink dog)? If the rider casted blink, is there anyway for the rider to still ride his mount while blinking?

A hafling PC may run into a blink dog in the next session and will probably want to ride it. Maybe a custom item would be needed, but thought it would be a cool idea.

A wizard/paladin could cast Blink on his Mount, but not his mount.

If a wizard polymorphed his familiar into a horse, he could share Blink with it... but he'd lose his Empathic Link while it's polymorphed.

I believe that "Defenders of the Faith" or the new "Arms & Equipment Handbook" has rules for a halfling paladin and a blink dog mount. IIRC, it says that if he has a ring of blinking they mystically synchronize and blink in unison, but that the Blink Dog can't Dim Door and take the rider with it.
