lol.... That ant thing gives me another DM idea. *Grins*

I rather like your shortened entry under Cerberus' chararcter, Al. Fighter/sorcereror has always been a pet class of mine. :D

Well my entry was shortened because I know so little about the character ( as far as class abbreviations I like the standard Ftr Brd Brbn and the like its easier), and about the ant giving DM ideas stuff all I can say is oh great with my hands held towards the sky

Hey Cerubus_666...I just noticed your Flaming Halbard. I just wanted to point out that per RAW (Rules As Written), it is an illegal weapon. All weapons have to have an enhancement bonus of at least +1 before they can have special abilities added to them. The following quote is from the online SRD:

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm said:
In addition to an enhancement bonus, weapons may have special abilities. Special abilities count as additional bonuses for determining the market value of the item, but do not modify attack or damage bonuses (except where specifically noted). A single weapon cannot have a modified bonus (enhancement bonus plus special ability bonus equivalents) higher than +10. A weapon with a special ability must have at least a +1 enhancement bonus.

Not a big deal, just wanted to mention if. If it flies with penance, that's cool with me.

ah, nice work Rhun. That's like, cerubus's default weapon, I would have preffered some more originality. *smiles* now, its not an option. :D

I think it is in there for balance. Otherwise, there would never be a reason to own a +1 weapons. A masterwork flaming weapon or such would get the same +1 to hit and strike for more damage, while costing the same amount.

rawr! well, I think I'll see what Cerubus's response is.

*postpones ruling to take nap* :D

Like I said...either way. I care more about having fun and roleplaying then sticking to the rules. Rules were made to be broken, after all. :D

Have a nice nap!

bleh, im too curious to read your responses to my IC post. :D

*edit

well, i think I am going to go get that nap. :D ill log on later to see everything. cheers!

Let it stay in - with the caveat that this halbard is the result of an unusual event, and it can't be duplicated normally.

I actually already have it built into her storyline, although I agree with the rule. So, thx for catching that Rhun. I'll be sure to remember it with my own D&D groups.

EDIT: Talked with penance and we came to an agreement. I'm switching it back to a +1. No problem with me, and no actual impact on gameplay since I haven't used it yet. :D
