IMO:

Evasive Misdirection
When you take the dodge action, and an enemy misses you, you can use your reaction to redirect the attack to another target within range. The target makes the attack again against the new target with disadvantage.

Decoy
When you are targeted by an opportunity attack, you can use your bonus action to make the attacker also provoke an opportunity attack from everyone except you. Resolve the opportunity attack against your first.

Battle Planing
If you take a minute to survey the enemy, you and each ally you can communicate with gain a bonus to initiative roll against that enemy equal to your intelligence modifier. In addition, if you surprise the enemy, you and your allies can each move half your speed in the surprise round.

Battle Chant
As a action, you can start a battle chanting. While you are chanting, allies can use their action to join in. Anyone chanting can use their bonus action to gain temporary hit points equal to their proficiency modifier, but cannot talk or cast any spells that require a vocal component. Anyone can stop chanting at any time, and stops chanting if they fall unconscious.

Elegantly phrased.

Some good suggestions in here.

I also like the suggestion earlier that it's "whenever you are attacked with disadvantage and the enemy misses you." Torn about which I like better. Otherwise I do like the re-roll; my version (using the same two rolls) was complicated.

I think you changed the first sentence partway through. I suspect you started with "when you are targeted by..." but that would seem to suggest using a reaction. But if it's "When you provoke..." then it's something you did, so bonus action begins to make more sense. I'd almost say, "When you take an action that provokes..." but of course your movement doesn't count as an action. So maybe, "When you provoke an opportunity attack on your turn..."

Battle Planing
If you take a minute to survey the enemy, you and each ally you can communicate with gain a bonus to initiative roll against that enemy equal to your intelligence modifier. In addition, if you surprise the enemy, you and your allies can each move half your speed in the surprise round.

Granting everybody an initiative bonus is simpler mechanically. Probably needs another benefit as well; this is fine for a minor ability, but not enough for a whole Feat. (Could be an "Invocation" equivalent in a martial class based a Warlock class design.)

This is better than mine, but I'm still not happy with it. Also, maybe it should require Concentration?

As usual, good ideas from mellored.

Yes.
I started with provoke, but then switched to targeted. Mainly because I feel the enemy needs to actually commit to the OA. As well as leaving weather the monster falls for the trick or not in the DM's hands.

+1 int.

Ehhh, possibly.
But if you did, I would add +1 Cha.

Maybe add +1 Con to the Decoy while your at it.
