Tactical Warlord - Human or Eladrin?

Genasi are my first pick - +2 Str/+2 Int and some really good racial stuff (pick up the forgotten realms guide, its good stuff)

Eladrin are my second choice - int needs to be 18 for a Tac warlord. Also, you can get spear proficiency and get some of the neato longspears in the Adventurers Vault book (another good book to pickup). I feel that tac warlords need the reach, sot hat's a consideration for me.

Human isn't really a good pick for Warlord in my opinion - the at wills aren't good enough that the 3rd one is worth picking.

I guess that's true. I don't play Forgotten Realms, so I hadn't given those books much more than a cursory glance.

What about tiefling? +1 to hit on bloodied ememies and gets +2 int. Can also take Hellfire Blood and a flaming weapon for another +1 to hit.

Dex:10
Con:12 (13 for Hide Spec at epic)
Int: 18
Wis:8
Cha:14 (13 if you bumped Con)

Can MC into Swordmage to get Intelligent Blademaster instead of HBO so no dex needed.
