Take the arms and legs too - nullifies the strength check. Plus, all you need at that point is a bag.

And nuts, I can't find any stats for a D&D straight jacket. I would imagine the DC to get out of would be a fair bit higher than with regular rope bonds though.

Note that I said DC. Any abilities the person has grant bonuses to the skill check to overcome that DC.
