I'm sorry, Davemage, I don't communicate well on boards and forums. Sorry for coming off as an ass. I used John's work to correct many a WOTC books.

not too much...how many walk on two legs is more that I think I want to know. :\

I'll check this for you later today as it will require quite a bit of counting I think.

How many legs?

I'm counting 97 two leggers (46%)
and 112 other (54%)

These estimates are conservative because they are based on the pictures. Things like golems could be outfitted with tracks or multilegs, I think some of the other creatures that are roughly humanoid don't necessarily need to be.

No, I saw that Joe suggested this to Matt on another thread but that was after the book had been printed. Maybe Matt will have the Tower dwellers do one up as a web enhancement.

Actually I asked the question in the publishers forum thread and Joe posted agreeing it was a fair question. But it was never answered there.

I also asked it of Green Ronin when the Book of Fiends came out and it resulted in a web enhancment that I use, so here is hoping Mongoose adds it in as a web extra too.

Sorry for not crediting your suggestion properly. We can hope such a web enhancement can occur there seems to be quite a number of creatures that could make it onto such lists.

As a Owner of Ultimate Monster I....

Are all the monsters stats absolutly, ummm, useless (to be polite), or did they actually TRY to come up with correct monster stats.

Just check a few AC's, Initative Mods, simple stuff; see if it meshes.

check out the Monster Geographica series... as the editor, i hope i fixed most of those mistakes on the second time around.
