Description: This TV reporter has been a thorn in the side of the Resolutes and other heroes. He has often delivered scathing reports about use of UN "soldiers" on US soil.
Brief History: He was in the way during the battle on the Walt Whitman bridge, although he proved helpful on at least one occasion by helping an injured bystander. He was complimentary of the heroes efforts afterward. Since then he has returned to his negative attitudes towards the Resolutes in his reports.

Known Powers: The Crier Exhibited the ability to alter the sound waves he vocalized, causing Oritory Dazzling as well as Using sound to disrupt objects.

Description: The Crimson Crier is just shy of six feet and wears a crimson colored body suit and laytex ski mask. The Mask leaves his lower jaw explosed.
Brief History: Resolutes encountered The Crimson Crier while he was attempting a robbery of 3rd National in Brooklyn New York. He was apprehended after suffering a near fatal sword wound. Treated at a local Brooklyn Hostipal then transfered to Nevada.

During a confrontation with the Resolutes he managed to injure them before suffering a sword wound which left him incapacitated and assumed a puddle-like form. Current whereabouts Unknown; no body was found after the Resolutes left the scene.
