Tauric template

Could someone with access to the tauric template do me a favor and stat out a beast in 3.5 for me.

It has the ivory-scaled body of a draconic beast, but the torso, arms, and head of a giant. A bizarre half-dragon centauroid creature, with the torso of a frost giant attached to the wingless body of a white dragon.

...and 2 levels of Blackguard.

I can do the Blackguard levels, if someone else can figure out the tauric stuff.

Physical stats: white dragon (pick one of the Huge ones)
Mental stats: frost giant
Hit dice: add all of them together
Natural armour: whichever is better

That's basically it.

Well, tauric isn't meant to be used with dragons and giants. If it were me, I'd take a half-white dragon frost giant and combine it tauric style with a white dragon. That gives one breath weapon, although I'd be inclined to grant a full breath weapon because it's cool.

Type should be dragon.

For stats, I'd use whichever was better, not simply take mental from giant and physical from dragon.
