Hi all, just a quick note. I have an adventure approved. I'm hoping when July rolls around I'll have time to run it. I know [MENTION=2011]KarinsDad[/MENTION] has a PC as well that he hasn't had time to bring in/run.

Not sure if KD is a defender or not, but that would sure help.

I'm also planning on putting together a new adventure, but I have to wait until my new job is stabilized in 3 months or so.

I don't actually have a defender built, but I could probably put one together. I'm not going to run Sheeva anymore.

The door to the Shard opens widely and in steps a tall road-weary traveler. Ducking beneath the door's threshold and stepping into the light of the tavern, the traveler is revealed to be a Gnoll. Having traveled to many cities due to his family's connections with House Thrashk, the Gnoll knew the common customs of adventurer's hangouts, and brushed himself off while announcing his presence.

"*YIP* Blehn Dir I be. *YIP YIP* A pack I seek. *YIP* Into the Mournland I go, to find my brother. *YIP*"

Not long after the gnoll, the door opens again but this time it isn't a fearsome warrior and insted is a tiny gnome wearing glasses.

"Is this the Tower's Shard? Nevermind, it's as dreadful as I imagined. I'm Professor Tipleton Lochglider, of the University. The only one around here. I have no time to sit idle waiting for something to happen, but it you know of any expedition that offered any opportunity to examine creatures difficult to find, here's my card."

"Actually, make it any expedition at all. Remember, the University, ask for the department of xenobiology. I'm confident you won't forget, yes? I can send a student every few hours if you think you can't remember."

Dir tilts his head with a curious look at the gnome. He hadn't encountered many of the shorter races in his travels and always found them to be...funny. Letting out a few small yips of laughter, the Gnoll looked around for anyone else who found the professor to be amusing...as well as looking for anyone who would go with him to the Mournland with him to find his brother.
