Teamwork Tactics from Heroes of Battle

Hi!

Has anyone used the Teamwork rules from Heroes of Battle? If yes, which one, and how about the outcome? Is the idea teaming together worth the effort? Where are the caveats?

I've reviewed them, but have yet to implement them. The better exercise isn't just using them, but getting a group to cooperate long enough to make use of them. As my campaign follows a military structure I was considering putting 'em in long term.

You team up with a leader that fulfills some greater requirements and gain some advantages in a clearly defined situation. You must fulfill less requirements than your team leader. You train some time together and gain the combat advantages whenever the specific situation arises.

E.g.: You team up to bull rush together; you team up to shoot together; you team up to evade fireballs etc.

Nice rules, I think. But I haven't seen them used at a table. A player wants them to be included IMC. Hence the question...
