Technique for immunity to area dispel magic

There has to be some low-level, benign, permanent spell out there that can target creatures. Maybe I'll flip through the Spell Compendium tonight and see if I can find anything.

No luck. All I could find is Gemjump (6th level, self only) and the pact domain spells, which all have material components.

You can do so voluntarily without any finagling.

You can cast a spell at a lower caster level than normal, but the caster level you choose must be high enough for you to cast the spell in question, and all level-dependent features must be based on the same caster level.
