scurvy platypus is right(though i wasn't thinking of terminator at the time.) what i want is a class based around creating natural weapons on the fly, not an effect which attaches an existing weapon to your body. so please, no more "grafting".
 

Although the original fluff is nowhere near what you are looking for, I think the Warshaper PrC (Complete Warrior) has the abilities that match (part of) your requirements.

It can only do natural weapons though.
 

Take a look at psionic powers, esp. the psychic warrior's and shaper's lists. They got Claws of the Beast :: d20srd.org , Bite of the Wolf :: d20srd.org and more, Though they are mostly missing the metal part. Then there's the iron body spell: Iron Body :: d20srd.org but it's quite high level.

All of these don't quite fit the flavour.

I say take a look again at the Renegade Mastermaker PrC: This post has more detailed info on the PrC

Perhaps combine the Psionic Artificer (from Magic of Eberron) with the Renegade Mastermaker and add a bit of Psychic Warrior.
 

, But what is a vibrating blade/techno armor. Describe them. If Vibrating blade is a just a weapon then craft skills would do that.

Your idea is not a single class, but a multiclass character.

vibrating blade is basically a one-handed chainsaw, and tech armour is basically just normal armour.

and i don't want a multiclass character. incarnums don't really look like technomancy.
