Teleporting Demons

Self plus 50 pounds of objects, period. If you're a biggie-size demon with 200 pounds of armor and weaponry, teleportation would mean leaving most of your gear behind, so you won't do it unless you're in imminent danger of death. Most of the time you'll travel by walking or flying.

Or the demon puts its toys in an extra-dimensional space, teleports, then gets them out. It still can't really port into combat and still have its armor though.

What demon has armor? perhaps for this reason. It is more difficult to amass 50 lbs of weapons
If you decide to armor demons (evil giggle) -then I will agree with AuraSeer, or they should shell out for mitheral.
