The book is also available over on RPGNow. I posted a review of it there. It's one of the very few RPG books that I think deserves a score higher than 5/5.

I have purchased the book and read all the monster descriptions. The only ones that can't be used as is in a medieval setting are sisterites and snuff golems, and the sisterites could be pretty easily altered to work through dreams rather than through the internet. Snuff golems, though, I think would be harder to convert for a medieval setting.

Overall, I'm really enjoying the book.

eveything from the OGL Book of Unremitting Horror (creatures and items plus an adventure), plus some new creatures, adventure seeds and background material for Esoterrorists, as well as a full-length additional Fear Itself adventure.
