My pirates are prairie pirates. 8-)

I took Bruce Alberta, where the famed Boreal buccaneers were hired to feud with the local Medusa cattle baron. They set up base in the railyard and used the train as a pirate ship, complete with a cattle car converted to launch gliders.

It ended with consensus and most likely sex between the legendary Captain Salty Frank and the Cattle Baroness: My players have a distinct way of getting things to work. ;)

They then teamed up to deal with the industrialized undead rising from the dead, and thus, Pulp, post-apocalyptic, fantasy, Bruce, Alberta, is saved.

This is my starter adventure: Little Mound on the Prairie for the Hodgepocalypse, and I'm more than happy to give people copies to run it with their own group.

I’m just starting GMing Pirates of Drinax for the third time (the first campaign is complete, the second is about nineteen sessions in, so barely started in PoD terms). It’s a testament to the quality of Hanrahan’s work that I’m looking forward to it, yet again. I probably haven’t even watched a film three times more than twice since LotR came out.

I love Traveller and Pirates of Drinax!
