How strong is the abiltiy to add cha to AC as deflection bonus(like the nymph)? Worth how much LA?

So, a human with this ability, or something else? What are the remaining racial traits? That is certainly a powerful addition. A deflection bonus is VERY good, so it'd be a minimum of +2. I'd have to see the whole race description, though, before I could judge it more accurately.

Depends on the race. It's inherantly worth less for a dwarf than for say an aasimar.

That's an impossible question, Question. It would be like asking, "Is a Fort save or die spell overpowered?" without letting us know what spell level.

I gave it to my homebrewed Half-Nymph template. As Infiniti implied, I made tham LA +2. Of course, that ability alone would be a pretty boring LA +2, so they also have a few other minor perks like stat modifiers that are overall slightly favourable.
