For DM's convenience, I've created a list of Templates and Alternate creature forms:

Thanks a lot, I'll be sure to print this for my DM. He just loves templates; if every monster our characters meet hasn't got at least two templates added to them, we'll know that our real DM is probably abducted and replaced with a faulty clone.

Just a suggestion - you might want to include the source for the template.

Also, are you limiting yourself to just WOTC templates? If not, there are probably a hundred more from third-party sources available.

Thanks So far I'm only listing the official sources because they are useful to anyone writing for the RPGA or DUNGEON. My main focus is writing for the Living Greyhawk campaign, so third-party is kind of irrelevant.

If anyone else wishes to add to the list, feel free. They would be very helpful to home campaign DM's.

Might want to list what books are "official" there because lot's of stuff in Savage Species, Book of Vile Darkness, MM II, Fiend Folio, etc. that folk might go digging through. Also keep in mind that the Half-Elementals and such from books like Manual of the Planes will be updated to 3.5 in the coming Planar Handbook, not to mention Psionics in the coming Handbook as well.

Please Note - This is a somewhat incomplete listing, those who can add to this list please do so. I will attempt to edit in any forthcoming additions/corrections. I tried to list the most up-to-date entry for a particular Template and leave out the older version. Also added the Dragon Mag entry (Half-Undead) off the top of my head for completeness, be aware there are many othr Dragon Issues with Templates and such that would be awesome to find a complete listing of. There are also many Monster Mayhem (WotC Website Series) templates that are not listed here as well as possibly other Web Enhancements and the Books (Ghostwalk and others? may be missing here).
