I worry for our country if this is how security works at our nuclear facilities.

It's unlikely. What's certain, though, is that at meltdown at a nuclear power plant with any design used in the US (or any western country, I think) cannot have the effect this one was supposed to have (and likely can't harm anyone outside of the plant).

Having said that, I like the show.

Sorry, I forgot to add a sarcasm tag there. My complaint was not that our nuclear plants didn't have proper security, but rather that the show was taking major liberties with both the physical security they would have to get through as well as plant failsafes.

Of course it is, it's a TV show. Everything must serve the plot and if the main characters were unable to get into the plant it would have made for a boring show.

Dude, I thought that was TOTALLY believable! :)

Although I did like that woman's comment of how two of their employees called in with family emergencies, conveniently.

He met a girl at school. That had nothing to do whatsoever with his popularity at school. Heck, they were barely AT school. Weird description...

These short blurbs are often not entirely accurately describing the final episode. I suspect we might see something more of the "popular a school" tomorrow - if at all. This happened with other shows, too.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I thought this episode was a lot weaker than last week's episode. I think the biggest reason is that the power plant plot felt like it was dragging compared to, well, every other episode of the series to date. Maybe I'm impatient, who knows?

The most interesting part of the episode was the inevitability of Skynet winning, with regards to the power plant.

I enjoyed the episode.

My nitpick of the week: I hate the clothes Johns new girlfriend wore. Who would have thought I would ever talk about fashion? ;)
Not that I'll claim the episode was flawless, but that was the only thing that I negatively noticed during watching the episode. ;)

Apparantly they still haven't given up the school angle - I think they attempted to tell something in the last season already (with the girl that died, the "mysterious" rich girl), but nothing ever came of it. Unless they wanted to start a story-line that would be resolved in a later season?

A question in the long run:
I wonder if they are setting up a conflict between the Terminators - Cromartie vs T-1000 chick? This is pure speculation more based on the rules of story-telling then anything else, but let's face it: Cromartie* is still around, but they are introducing a new master villain already? Isn't there bound to be some conflict?
Of course it's possible that Cromartie and the T-1000 never meet, or they meet and immediately work together. That might also be cool, since seeing two Terminators plotting the destruction of the world might be more interesting then one Terminator just doing it alone. ;)

But if there is a conflict, I would bet that the T-1000 has plans to alter the future to affect how Skynet works maybe she as his superior, or replacing him entirely.

* is that his name? I am not sure about spelling - or even my memory
