A. Because the High HD low CR T rex gains so much from being a half fiend and advanced you might want to bump it's CR / XP award a little, Especially if it has wings.

B. The T-rex bite only receives it's Str bonus because it has additional attacks; also this die range was generated from the MM T-rex bite which I think MIGHT be an error. [4d6 is the default bite for a gargantuan beast]

C. The number of skills and feats generated were due to advancing the creature using the half fiend template. Feats represent the wingless version of the T-rex

D. All skills have their penalties figured in, however move silently has no penalty for size though I would recommend one for a creature of this bulk.

E. 4 medium size victims will fit, crush and acid should stay the same as normal T-rex.

This horror could find many ways into you game, whether as the ultimate siege weapon for a lizard-folk hoard or as their evil "god"/guardian. If you have the old Isle of dread module X1 perhaps this nasty is ravaging the Island and the local druid needs help eradicating this crime against nature.

Or maybe next time the PC trips a ward/glyph in a big room saying "ah, I've got all my HP still and good saves", you can give them a bad surprise without them whining bout a mordenkain's disjunction trap.

This nasty B**** roams the heavy jungles looking for food and Hunting it down.

Her eyes are sharper than most dragons and can run down mostly anything without wings
Her Tactics are usually bite then swallow but she uses her abilities to the hilt. Power attacking heavily [27 bab]. Horrid wilting those foes too quick to bite [casters flying around throwing blast spells] or too dangerous to eat. She will often envenom one of her claws since she can safely eat the poisoned meat of her victims and the poisoned flesh of those who fall victim to the bebilith pack she can summon [using monster summoning 9 to summon 1d4+1 level 7 creatures.] She will use her Unholy aura if she spots groups of dangerous beings, notably humanoids .who are where the shouldn't be able to survive before rushing them or hitting them with a horrid wilting. She saves Destruction for foes who cause here grief since there is no food left after the spell

Her lair is Unhallowed and magically dark to those of good alignment and if she has minions who she doesn't eat/hasn't eaten yet traps will there that will befall creatures smaller than herself.

This is the toy/mini I will be using for her.
She fits nicely on a CD.

CR?

You might boost the CR a BIT? Cheezit! This critter's nasty! Unless it rolls a 1 it's going to be hitting with all its attacks each round (on a 2 it'll hit AC 40 with the bite and AC 35 with the claws). Which means it's average damage will be 78 points. 2 rounds and any 12th level fighter with less than max HPs is toast. Even then, the poor sod's probably gonna get swallowed whole...what's yer critter's grapple bonus? Even if the fighter roll's a 20, he still doesn't stand much chance.

Egads. I'm gonna have nightmares now.

Ya, the attack power is amazing. It's defensive abilities stink. AC 19? That a misprint? Stand a few thousand feet away and peg it with arrows. Wagons full of arrows.

THis is cool, wish I was running a game to use this in. However, now I have to make sure my DM never sees this. :D

Gojira!

You could add some pathos to the game, try adding a pair of pixie bards, and a gargantuan half celestial vermin/moth.

maybe they could like...fight.

Try a group of drow out to capitalize on the mayhem this T-Rex can do. So they construct a Half fiend, Gargantuan, advanced, T-Rex outsider Iron Golem! With this Golem they can take over the world!

But their plans go astray when the real monster shows up and tears off the fake skin.

And maybe they could fight...

You could call the adventure Teroxikadala vs Mecha-Teroxikadala.
