I've been a Rangers fan for some time.

In my experience, with the Rangers, no lead is safe.

And I mean that- I've seen them erase 13 run deficits, and I've seen them blow double-digit leads.

But the second game was tied until the 8th inning. It could have easily gone the other way.

The Cubs may be the biggest heartbreak team of all time, but the Rangers are a shoe-in to me for second place.

Can the Padres borrow that offense? The Rangers clearly have no use for it this season (18 games back in the AL West, 16 games out of the Wild Card), and if we can't figure out how to score some runs, it'll be another one and done playoff season here in San Diego...
