Well, I'm a creole, so "traditional" for us IS unusual. :D

So far, our menu consists of:
1 fried turkey
1 steamed turkey
1 ham
1 beef roast
Gumbo
Oyster dressing
Dirty Rice
Roasted veggies
Potato salad
Broccoli rice casserole
Mac & cheese
Turnips
Turnip greens w/smoked turkey

...and stuff I'm surely forgetting.

I had me a day. I was the kitchen from @10AM-2AM. (Not a typo.) Something went wrong at EVERY damn step of preparing the meal. Still managed to get everything cooked, eventually. And at least everything tasted good.

Good food + liberally flowing alcohol + one guest who brought Blue Bell made for a pretty nice time, overall.
