[wow, so much happened...]

Janos, seeing the Red Death spread and hearing the rumors of an Epic Magic Killer decides to stop all contacts with nations who have not joined the Phoenix Alliance. This does not extend to the Thayan enclaves, which still can have contact with the other nations.

This means that anyone trying to enter the country illegally will be shot (fireballed). The only way to get supplies in is through the enclaves, in which supplies will be checked on hostile magic and diseases.

Janos then lets the Clerics in the City of Shade cast divinations with Shar to find out some things: Are Undead affected by the Red Death, is the Shadow Weave affected by the Red Death, will Heal cure the effects of Red Death?

Janos, as a means of keeping his population fed, orders the construction of a Newspaper of Sustenance.

Also, if Heal can cure the Red Death, Janos wants to see Books of Heal.

No problems Inez, just remember that for the most part PC abilities have no real effect in IR terms. And that the level is mainly irrelevant.

The greatest terrors of Faerun swoop down through the sky bearing the greatest of Wearers of Purple on their back and so the Sacred Ones of the Cult of the Dragon and their living Chromatic Dragon Allies join with the Forces of Athas...

[Edena I'm laughing now since you wouldn't allow Daugothoth and now everyone is making up insane PC's with a CR 20 above which he had and he's an official NPC ]

As the dozens of Dracoliches and other undead dragons swoop down upon the forces of Athas and join them, in the lead Daurgothoth the undead dragon king and on his back bearing the insane Archmage Sammaster and another person who's name is still yet unknown to the masses...

They'll try and convince the Forces of Athas to join the Cult of the Dragon (Athas and dragons and now here there are dozens undead and chromatic ones of them...) and invade the world of Earth with them.... a lush green world ripe for the picking with hardly any magic.

The dragons shall wreak havoc and slaughter all that lives so and let the Defilers drain that world of all live. Sammaster also will help the Defilers to start working on Epic level Defiler Spells with the sole purpose of eradication of life.

The spells are ment to drain life from anything in their radius and turn whatever died into an undead version of itself.

Sammaster will also start transforming all his fanatic cultist followers in intelligent undead as liches, vampires, ghasts etc...

Sammaster will also contact Larloch and shall ask him to join the Dracoliches and Chromatic Dragon forces and help persuade the Athasian Defilers and explain to him what that magic would mean to one so powerfull as larloch... And his aid in turning the weak earth into an undead paradise!

And last of all Sammasters compagnion will set out and investigate if the Red Death affects undead...

All hail the undead scourge! Muhahaha!

Edena, indeed, Church Of Tiamat will use Gnomish books of Dominations in an attempt to gain control of Chessenta and
Unther, as I written Yesterday:

My character, a very high level cleric of Tiamat and blue half-Dragon shall publish: "Legacy of Tchazzar"- book describing the mighty history of the nation Chessenta, and benefits of uniting the nation under lawful goverment, and "Prophecies of The Dragon Queen"- revealing Tiamat`s future rulership of Faerun, Tchazzar being her aspect, her divine mandate tu rule Unther as the last of pantheon and slayer of Gilgeam, also many anti-Mulhorand and Pro-Tiamat writings appear in Unther and Chessenta.

Also, "Prophecies of The Dragon Queen" will be published everywhere on Faerun, its message being that Dragons
( especially Chromatic) are the greatest beings on Faerun, having no equal in their Might and Knowledge. Humans are second greatest, with their amazing adaptality, they should unite with Dragons under Tiamat`s rule, and a Golden Age of Order and Prosperity will come to Fearun, as in many other worlds where it happened.

I am sure that with right propaganda even some Metallics will join us, they are proud after all. Also, revolution starts in Chessenta and Unther, helped with Chromatic Dragons landing in all major cities!

You might be right, Kalanyr old friend, it might be not the time yet for claiming powers, but it seems like some players are already in control of large parts of Faerun.
