If someone wants awakened horses to rule the plains in their campaign, let it be so.
It's a game, not a ProAm Darwinism tournament or some such nonsense. If one person wants to stick to eugenics and evolution and all of that, then that's good for them; but if someone else realizes that a fantasy is a fantasy and doesn't need all of that logic claptrap bogging down their fun, more power to them. That's what works for them!
