Malikar glances backwards at Nicalon's warning, seeing Nicalon taking the box. Krug had it. Why the heck is he taking it? That's why! I feel like such an idiot! If I'm wrong, I can apologize later!

STOP HIM!, Malikar bellows as he rushes towards Nicalon, hoping to disable him with a flying tackle. As he rushes towards him, Malikar hopes Nicalon is merely charmed.

Fallon moves further up the wall and turns to face the latest foes. He will Mindblast the group as they come into range. (and that will leave him with 1 power point.)

Fallon, Dyrnas, Krug, and Verakka turn to face the other direction, looking for the the additional threats indicated by Nicalon's shout. None appear.

Malikar charges back towards the group and tackles Nicalon, sending the Knight of the Chord to the ground nearby. Nicalon, having maintained his grip on the box containing the mummified hand, pulls it open and reaches inside. There is a sudden flash of light. When the party looks again, Nicalon and the hand are gone, leaving only the empty box behind.

Titus stepped away from the werewolf and cast detect magic and scanned around, hoping something like the hand would show up and reveal the location of Nicalon if he was invisible.

Malikar will flail wildly with his swords where Nicalon disappeared for a few moments. We were betrayed by Nicalon, and I don't think it was magic. That's why the burglary was so easy, and how House Vladaam tracked us down so easily. It was all a set-up. But why?
