Pathfinder for me. I'm running these currently and my group is having a helluva fun time with it.

Pathfinder: Rise of the Runelords has been a joy to read. I'm sure it will be even more fun to play. That is why it got my vote. The Player's Handbook 2 gets an honorable mention. It has a lot of useful stuff in its pages for any type of D&D game regardless of setting.

I own all but the Eberron book and all of them are good products. It came down to Pathfinder or Ptolus for me and even though I love Paizo's stuff, Ptolus is just too good not to vote for.
