Monroe's house is guarded by a wrought-iron fence, although you can enter the driveway. For some reason, the house number sticks in your mind.

After a knock on the door, a tall, tough-looking man answers. It looks like he will shoo you away, but before he does you hear a women's voice.

"It's alright, Leonard. I can speak with them."

When they were ushered in and introduced to Ms. Monroe, Shannan decided to take the lead so to speak. "Hello Miss Monroe. Sorry to disturb you at this hour," she said politely. "This is my partner Agent Ryan and I'm Agent Shannan."

ooc:
Did Dowling look anything like Monroe? Even superfically, like hair color, age, general looks? What I'm trying to say, is are they a type? Short, blonde, blue eyed. Serial killers sometimes go after types. Aspiring actresses might be a general type but....

Ryan smiles widely at the young blonde.

"Much obliged, ma'am. We are agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and my partner and I have a few questions that might tangentially relate to you. Have you ever heard of a lady called Michelle Dowling?"

"Someone drove her up to my gate, and she got out and harrased poor Leonard. Demanded to be let into 'her house.' Naturally, I had to try and sort things out, but she left in a huff."

Shannan quickly wrote a few notes in it. "What was her demenor like, how was she dressed? Did anything other than the fact that she was claiming to be you seem off?" she sighed. "I mean, did she seem drugged or strung out on something?"

She was quite insistent, and she seemed sincere, but this is Hollywood. When she realized I wouldn't back down, she got back in the passenger seat and drove off.

Shannan considered this. "What was she wearing and did you or your staff manage to get a good look at the cab driver?" she asked, writing down what Monroe said, not taking anything for granted. Even if something seemed inconsequential at first, well. From experience, she knew that the little things often pointed to much bigger and more important things.

On her notepad, she noted... Check out the former owners of Monroe's house.
