With that he called down Eldritch power upon the nearest Rat.

-Girth fries G1 and that Giant Rat dies.

- Quagmire stumbles forward missing his attack (at G4 I assume since G1 was dead by the time he got there.

-G4 attacks Quagmire, but misses.

-Hrav and Alexander can go. Alex takes 3 more ongoing damage at start of turn and can make a save to end it when his turn is done.

Alexander steps in between two rats and attacks the one Brudd attacked too, swinging at the other smaller one on the stairs too, in a wide motion.

Brudd shifts (to B4) and swings upon the rat between himself and Alex.

"Boss ye know the drill!" He roars as his blade cuts the vermin int two (presuming it was still alive).

"Well I suppose we ought te find that chest." He says pulling out his armor polish and his horn buffing rag.

OOC: If anyone badly injured Brudd will use his last Healing Word on them, before we take a short rest.

-Hrav barely misses the giant rat with his rapier.

-Alexander cleaves through the dire rat (leaving it near death) and finishes off the last medium rat with his remaining swing. (Killed G4, not G1 which died earlier. And he didn't have to shift to be able to reach both D2 and G4.)

-Brudd slices at the last remaining dire rat and finishes it off (or so I assume, since there was no roll linked with the post. Edit- just looked it up on IC and found it. Looks fine.)

Searching through the deep and cold waters of the hold takes some time, but with some determined searching and shooing away a few frightened rats you eventually find the chest as the dwarf described. Hauling the small chest up the stairs, you are happy to return to the sun and the daylight on the upper decks.

"Well, well, there's a first time fer everything I suppose. Had te be one honest dwarf I suppose - statistically speakin'." He comments slapping Quagmire companionably on the back.

OOC: My apologies for not posting the roll, could of sworn I had . Brudd spends a healing surge and if nobody else needs it uses Healing Word to be full.
