OOC: I'm hesitant to post much to move things along until the PC's are approved for 2nd level. I do want to keep moving, but fear that some people may not be able to refrain from fighting until everyone is leveled up. Especially going back into the presence of Redblade to deliver his gems! What do you guys think? Wait until after level up, or go on and delay if we actually get into a situation where a fight is going to start?

Ive submitted Girth for approval.
Added Utility - Ethereal Stride
Added Feat - Action Surge

Just awaiting second approval now.

As to continuing I'm easy so whatever you decide is OK by me. But can I just say I am really enjoying this so far. So thank you Phoenix and another big thanks to all those who put so much effort into creating L4e.

I checked Hrav and he seems mostly alright so I approved him. I wanted to review Girth too, bu he's already been approved by Sessadore, who I don't think is a full judge, so my approval would be useless since I'm not one either...

I checked and approved Quagmire too. Girth and Alexander are fully approved. But, has anyone heard from Halford lately? He's been missing from one of my games too...

After resting aboard the Bloody Wake on the trip back around the isle of Daunton on the way to Bacarte', the group awakens in the afternoon and makes ready to finish this quest by delivering Redblade's gems back to him in trade for Captain Azrael's stolen cargo...

Docking in Bacarte' once more, the crew takes care of the ship while the Captain and party go ashore. Again walking the streets of Bacarte', the group makes its way to the Golden Palm with Brudd carrying the chest of gems before him. Stepping inside the highly decorated building once more, they make their way to the back of the room towards Redblade's table. Passing through the crowd of people, the group finds a mass of guards and thugs sitting around the table with no Duncan Redblade in sight.

One of the bugbears is sitting at the table with his back to the party as they approach. He seems to catch a signal from one of the other thugs sitting around the table and nods before standing and turning around. "We've been instructed by Redblade to make the exchange you're here for. The gems for his cargo." he says while pointing at Azrael. "Redblade is busy currently, so once we verify that the gems are in that chest, you can have your cargo. And don't think of trying anything funny. We were hired because Mr. Redblade thought you fella's might get violent for some reason. Wouldn't wanna have to mess ya up if things got rough, but if that's what the job requires then that's what we do... ain't that right son?" Ghren the bugbear says as he looks at Hrav...

"I know how it works, Pa," Hrav says to Ghren. "I learned from the best. And give my compliments to Redblade, hiring you was both clever, and sensible. Pa, these are my current associates... Quagmire Weaselcrust, Girth Snowbird, Alexander Duran, and Brudd Brassback. You might remember Brudd, he was a job we did together a few years back. As you can see, he also understands it's just business. Watch out for him, though - he's a devout follower of Hadeys now, if you savvy."

OOC: Nicely played, Phoenix. :)
