Sadly, I think I need to pass on this game. I've decided to try to run my own Numenera PbP, and I want to be able to focus all of my attention on it so that its pace doesn't suffer.

Chronicler, I'm sorry we're losing you, but best of luck in your game. 
Isida, do you still have room for another player? My elevator character pitch is an Intelligent Jack who Explores the Dark Places; essentially a vagabond scholar of the numenera and confidence man who often disguises himself as an Aeon Priest in order gain access to new discoveries.
Tashtego, we'd be delighted to have you. Go ahead and get your character sheet in order; the Rogue's Gallery link (and character sheet format) is in the first post of this thread.
And here's a couple of cyphers and an oddity for you.
Cypher - Living Solvent (lvl 1) - A green canister with silvery lids.
Cypher - Poison (mind controlling) (lvl 4) - A ceramic ring with a small needle concealed on one side. (The victim of the poison must lay down with eyes closed for one minute when told to do so.)
Oddity - Large box (2' square) made of synth with a hinged lid. It has its own weather system inside, often rainy.

@Isida - I don't want any armour. (I should be specialised in speed defence, if I've done that correctly.) Could I swap out my armour for some more shins, or a disguise kit?

Tashtego, let's go with the disguise kit - it seems to fit your character's background very well.
Hee...looks like you're still working on your three stats...I saw that 1 in Might Pool and had to rub my eyes for a second.
As for shared background...they have a shared interest in numenera, and Echo is favorably inclined towards the Order of Truth, so perhaps they met initially in his capacity as Father Seren. Depending on how long they've known each other she may know the truth about him or not. If she knows, she disapproves of it but not so much that she'd interfere unless there was special cause to.

Tashtego - you can hop in and start playing while you're finishing up your character sheet and background.
