I6: Ravenloft surely is more deserving than virtually everything on that list so far, imo (GDQ excepted).
As for DragonLance, DL-1 & 2's novelization "Dragons of Autumn Twilight sold 18 million copies in 50 languages, and spawned 130 odd sequels so far. I believe it remains the best selling module from First Edition. You don't get more "shared experience" than Dragons of Despair. That said, it is a deeply flawed module in its design (as mentioned) and is story-centric, if story-sentric is a move away from 1E.
I would say, however, that the "Event" structure in DL1 was innovative at the time and has been used endlessly since.
Nearly 20 years later, DL8's Tower of the High Clerist remains the largest (and coolest) castle map ever released for D&D.
