Ok, more observations.
They said Dragon material would be available for rules searches and the like. Nothing about Warforged.
But there are apparently going to be some new Warlord builds such as:
BRAVURA WARLORD
RESOURCEFUL WARLORD - this one actually has powers and everything, but if I do a search for Resourceful Presence, to see if any warlord powers are affected by it, the search comes up dry.
Rogue builds:
RUTHLESS THUG - gets Thug weapon talent (replaces rogue weapon talent), but we don't know what it does. A new feat, at will power, encounter power, and daily power are mentioned.

The new builds seem to be a potential addition from the upcoming Martial Power book.
Do a search for "Warlord" and check out the class entry.
Anyone have any idea what "Bravura" Warlord or "Resourceful" Warlord were supposed to be?
I wonder how many other vestigial class features still exist in the compendium...
(Drat, too slow! Though the theory that the new stuff might be coming from future books is interesting...)

New builds
I notice in the rogue section there are new builds listed, though the "thief acrobat" and "ruthless thug" (heh) still appear somewhat undeveloped.
