He's got Book of Templates listed, and that's an e-book. Anyways, I wouldn't mind a list of pdf monster books.

You should include "ecology" books like Draconomicon and Libris Mortis. They have a rich monster content. I understand staying shy of books centered on one creature only (like a Slayer's Guide to Something), but a compendium on a whole range of critters, even if thematically linked, deserve it.

Also, Oriental Adventure has a thick Monster chapter, too.

PS: Note that the PDF Mindscapes: Beast of the Id was included in the printed book Mindscapes (which compiled both A Psion's Guide and Beasts), and that, in turn, Mindscapes and the non-adventure parts of If Thought Could Kill were compiled, updated and expanded into Hyperconscious, available in print and PDF.

PPS: That's Creature Collection 1--3+R. Even if CC1 lacks interest now that CCR updated its content, there are four books in the series.

Almost forgot, I think Gold Rush Games has a Usagi Yojimbo dual stat creature book

And Fading Suns d20 has a monster book as well, but I forget the name (Lord Fal's Stellar Bestiary?), it is available in print and as a DRM only pdf.
