The Ctrl + V game revisited ... in honor of Bront

How does this game work? I'm a bit lost here.

The idea is to paste (control - V on a PC) whatever's in your buffer.

Of course it assumes that
a) There's something there
b) It's text
c) You feel comfortable sharing it with the internet at large.

I fail.
