First, kudos to whomever came up with that curse.
Next, here's what you do. Learn Auran, then only go "object liberating" (favourite term of mine
) on windy nights. As Auran is a collection of whistles and wind sounds it'll fit right in.
The only other option is to perform a labotomy where you remove the speech centres of the brain. You may end up a vegetable, but hey, that's all part of the fun.
Seriously. Psychic Chirurgery or Remove Curse would work. Just be sure to get a priest slightly hard of hearing or an equally afflicted psion to do it. Besides, this will allow the DM even more fun stuff to do with a NPC who can't hear quite right.
PRIEST: "Remove Shirt? Sure, if you insist."
GUARD: "What are you doing to that priest? Stop running so I can insert the pointy end of my sword into you!"

highlander effect
You could always have somebody do a highlander effect and cut off your head. This way you could never shout again.
